Ten Years of Forest Light

I primarily photograph landscapes and starry nights. In particular, documenting the Himebotaru (fireflies) is my life’s work—a journey of observation and photography I have pursued every year for over a decade. I am deeply passionate about capturing the delicate interplay of darkness and light, preserving not only the image but the very atmosphere of these nightly encounters. Recently, as their habitats have come under threat, I have begun advocating for their conservation to local authorities, utilizing the knowledge and insights I have gained over the years.tmosphere of these fleeting nightly encounters.
